I’ve been working on safety standardization recently – what’s the difference between records and archives? There are no standard templates available online either; I hope someone experienced can help explain it. Thank you! ! !

Personal understanding: What should be stored in the archives are the more important information and data, which are kept for a long time. The ledger is essentially a record of data flows, and it can be destroyed after being retained for a short period of time.
