The digital input/output ports behind the IM365 module are working properly, but the analog input/output ports do not respond-
Did you watch it online? If the values of PIW and PQW remain unchanged when viewed online, it must be a channel issue!
I haven’t looked at it yet, because the PLC has a monitoring password. Can’t watch it. Originally, the temperature reading was inaccurate; after it was repaired, it was used for a little over a day before this issue arose. Currently, the on-site meter has power and temperature display, while the host computer shows a constant value. A state of being stationary.
Is it a power issue? The simulator’s measurement card requires power supply
This device is powered by an external 24V supply; the meter on site shows power. There are also main stations. And all the extended DI points are powered.
Is it one analog value, or all analog values? If it is an analog signal that is malfunctioning, a multimeter can be used to check the signal; if both the signal and the power supply are fine, then it can be ruled out that there is a problem with the instrument – the issue must lie with the PLC or WINCC. A signal generator can also be used to apply signals to the system, to check whether the host computer responds correctly.
