Regarding the reporting of occupational disease hazards

As the title suggests: Our company has opened a new workshop, which is currently in the trial operation phase. When the company conducted tests for occupational disease hazards, it included the new workshop as well. The test report is available now, and the new workshop is still in the trial operation phase. So, should I submit the data from the test report directly to the submission platform, or wait until the trial runs in the new workshop are completed before submitting it? If the trial run of the new workshop is completed in three months. Were the data on the new workshop in that report still valid at that time?
The current check is part of the pre-employment screening; any issues detected later can be classified as occupational diseases.
Maybe I didn’t make myself clear; this is not a health check-up, but rather a report on the current status of occupational disease hazards.

It has been in testing for a few months; it’s not over yet. . .
This could be considered an evaluation of the control effectiveness at the time of acceptance; it certainly can’t be regarded as the current situation
