The dust concentration at the outlet of the third cyclone in the catalytic unit is unstable, varying between 150 and 300 mg/m3; over time this can lead to scaling in the flue gas exhaust equipment. I wonder if your facility is facing the same problem? I would also like to ask everyone: which manufacturers offer the most accurate equipment for sampling and analyzing dust concentration in flue gas, and what are their prices?

The municipal environmental protection agency is conducting tests here; they are using the “Laoying 3012H-C Ultra-Compact Automatic Smoke, Dust, and Gas Rapid Tester”, a product developed by the Qingdao Laoshan Institute of Technology Applications. The smoke analyzer costs over 40,000, and the accompanying power supply costs over 10,000. I’m not sure if it’s accurate, but it’s used by the city environmental protection bureau.
I’m puzzled – the flue gas temperature in a catalytic cracking triple spin dryer must be in the hundreds of degrees, and there is also a certain pressure. The environmental protection agency should use a sampling approach; with such high temperatures, can sampling really work?
