Open the drain at the lowest point of the circulating water return pipeline; if there are visible oil droplets or if a combustible gas detector detects combustible gases, it indicates that the system contains oil
Just check for any oil stains or separation; generally, if the amount is small, it won’t be a big problem
The first step, which is to deal with the sludge pump, is certainly the top priority. We immediately identified the source of contamination, used an oil collector to remove the polluted oil from the surface of the circulation tank (an overflow method can also be used), added an oil dispersant to break up the polluted oil, then carried out extensive water replacement. After the oil was removed, a bactericide was added for treatment, and now the problem has been resolved. The above are just some of my simple methods.
