Will switching the production of a full-density polyethylene plant affect output?

As the title suggests, I would like to ask fellow sailors: when a full-density polyethylene plant switches from producing LLDPE to HDPE, does this result in a loss in production volume?； In other words, how long does the process of switching products take, and will grade products (products that fall between LLDPE and HDPE) be produced during that time?
