I urgently need to have a stainless steel storage tank manufactured for storing hydrogen peroxide, with a capacity of either 200 m3 or 500 m3. What would be the cost of manufacturing it, including the costs associated with acidification (passivation) treatment? If you know, please let me know what the total cost would be approximately
With such a large size, the welding costs are very high; plus, passivation is required, which further increases the costs!
I know it’s expensive, but there must be a price somewhere, right?
Buy the steel plates and have the construction team fabricate them on site!

For the 200-cubic-meter version, D=5.5 and H=8.5; for the 500-cubic-meter version, D=7.5 and H=11.5. All of them use 10-mm-thick plates, with weights of around 18.5 tons and 35 tons respectively
At the current price of stainless steel, which is 15,000 yuan per ton, plus the processing and manufacturing costs as well as the costs for pickling and passivation, which total 8,000 yuan per ton, an approximate calculation can be made
