Everyone, come in and talk about it; there must be many people on the forum who are constantly learning*. The factory shift passed by
I worked in shifts at the factory for two years, using that time to study the manufacturing processes, and after two years I managed to get a job at a design institute. I did the design from scratch – it was necessary to learn*, and there’s truly so much to learn, with no end in sight. It’s been almost seven years now, yet there’s still far more to learn than what I’ve already mastered... I haven’t really thought about what I’ve achieved;P
Since starting work, I spend one hour every morning reading; when I don’t have any work in the evenings, I read as well. Since graduating in 2007, I have obtained the Certified Chemical Engineer title, and my salary has doubled
Amazing! ! ! Have you been working at the design institute all this time?
I started working at the chemical plant not long ago, and now I feel that my memory isn’t good–I forget many things as soon as I see them. . .
Study for *one hour every day, for three years. If one works in a certain direction, they will become an expert.
Playing games for 3 hours a day, and my income increased significantly after changing jobs.
You can’t calculate it like the original poster did. Just treat it like regular spending – spend 50 to 100 yuan per day; at most that amounts to 3,000 yuan per month. So what happens? Will studying for *one hour a day bring benefits? If not, it’s better to be happy. One of my female classmates is like that – she keeps obtaining various certificates, and to this day she is still just a clerk.
Learning every day* is not about what one gains, but rather the sense of satisfaction that comes from self-improvement. There’s a good saying: “Time spares no one, and I’ve never spared time either.” ”
It’s better to have a certificate than not; hard work always pays off. Individual cases cannot be used to prove anything.
I believe that learning * isn’t just about acquiring technical skills; the value generated by the improvement of one’s mindset and vision is also limitless
