The Roots blower produces high noise after pressurization; seek a solution

The Roots blower was completely disassembled, its bearings were replaced and oil was added before it was reassembled. It worked fine when running idle, but made a lot of noise when under pressure; this seemed abnormal. Could it be a problem with the clearances? Is the installation of the components still a bit imprecise? Please ask the experienced master to answer! Thank you
Last time, we had a small Roots blower here with the same issue, but I didn’t see how those experienced technicians handled it later on
For Sanniu Roots blowers, it is normal for the pressure to increase and the noise level to rise. If the sound heard is one of collision, adjust the clearance between the impellers and check the clearance of the gears
Check the gear clearance. Also, you didn’t clean the bearing housings properly when installing the bearings; often, impurities remain there and end up in the new bearings, causing wear to them
Isn’t it normal for a Roots blower to produce high noise when pressurizing? Otherwise, switch to a larger silencer.
