Can pipes be bent coldly arbitrarily? What are the regulations regarding the bevels for pipe joining?

I saw many small tubes of 27×5 at the site; many of them were bent during the process of installing them. Are there any standards that specify whether tubes can be bent? What maximum curvature is not allowed? Also, at the joints of the pipes, the beveled edges are slightly curved. Some of them are particularly curved. I was wondering if there are any standards for this? How much less is not allowed?
