Dear experts, is there any effective way to prevent blockages in the oxidation air ducts used in ammonia-based desulfurization? In my plant, the current consumption of the oxidation fans is frequently too high; after investigation, it was found that the oxidation air ducts and nozzles were blocked. Are there any good methods to prevent this?
Is the nozzle too small, or is the pressure at the outlet of the oxidation air too low? As well as insufficient mixing and failure to rinse after use. Now, it is possible to consider adding a flushing water channel.
