In our daily work, we often encounter many unsatisfactory situations: 1. During the actual production process, equipment failures occur because the materials used for wear-prone components have a shorter lifespan due to cost-cutting measures, which increases the rate of equipment failures and raises the workload. When the maintenance staff complain, as a team leader or workshop supervisor, do you also complain with them about the purchasing department acquiring defective products? 2. When the market experiences significant fluctuations, and due to conservative and inaccurate budgets, additional temporary production tasks arise during actual sales. As a key manager in the production workshop, have you shown impatience and complained to your employees about the need to allocate resources on an ad-hoc basis to handle such sudden tasks? Not complaining to subordinates is a red line rule in some companies; any manager found to be violating it will be fired. Why can’t one complain to subordinates? What negative effects can there be from complaining to subordinates?
