Issues related to Sinopec’s Hebi coal-to-olefins project

Has the Sinopec-Hebi coal-to-olefins project begun preparation? Which branch does it belong to? Is it a joint venture or a wholly-owned enterprise? Hire externally or internally? I’d like to know; please help, experts. Thank you!
The methanol plant that came online in 2013 has not been operating very well; it keeps shutting down and starting up again, haha.
Will the new projects from 2015 be rebuilt? :)
You can ask the people from Zhongyuan Oilfield to find out; it’s likely stranded. Hebi Coal Industry is only responsible for coal-to-methanol production, while the conversion of methanol into olefins is handled by Zhongyuan Dahuahua.

MTO can’t take on any more projects. Can it make money?
:Lol, these days when starting a project, it’s not really about whether it will be profitable or not; it’s more about whether one can make money, and whether profits can be obtained during the construction process. Anyway, the loan is from the bank; once it becomes a bad debt, it’s ** lost.
The Zhongyuan Oil Field seems to have no connection at all with Zhongyuan Dahua.

It should be Zhongyuan Petrochemical, not Zhongyuan Oilfield, nor Dahuahua
