What to do with activated carbon after naphthalene removal from coke oven gas?

Our factory replaces a large amount of activated carbon used for removing naphthalene from coke oven gas every year, and we are unsure how to reuse it; are there any viable methods for regeneration? Or where to purchase such activated carbon?
Strictly speaking, it should be considered hazardous waste and handed over to environmental protection authorities for disposal, but it can be recycled using hot steam. If that doesn’t work, it can be mixed with coking coal for coking, right?
Well, mixing it into the coke oven for coking is indeed a good method, but I’m not sure if it will have any adverse effects on the coke.
The main component is carbon, and with a uniform mixture, there should be no impact.
