What type of gasket should be used when the medium is trichlorosilane?

What is the pressure in your system, and what is the temperature? It is recommended to consider PTFE gaskets

The selection of gaskets is primarily determined by the properties of the medium, pressure, temperature, and the sealing requirements of the flange joint. Refer to HG20592~20635
What are the pressure and temperature? What is the corrosivity of the medium?
