Oma electric head has excessive torque

Our company has an Omah electric actuator that is experiencing this issue: it can only be turned on on-site, not turned off, and the same is true for remote control. The handwheel can be turned on and off normally. Later, when I asked the manufacturer, they said it was due to torque protection. After sending it back to the manufacturer for repair, it worked fine, but I wonder how the torque protection function is repaired
The over-torque protection doesn’t require repair; it just needs to be reset!
However, after the on-site actuator activates its torque protection feature, it is usually due to an excessively high instantaneous torque of the valve that triggers this protection
