Drinking alcohol before or during working hours impairs one’s awareness and judgment, preventing them from fulfilling their job responsibilities properly and leading to inadequate supervision of the assigned tasks. Entering the site while under the influence of alcohol reduces a person’s ability to function significantly due to the toxic effects of alcohol. The complex environment at such sites is extremely dangerous for those who are intoxicated; if they operate equipment, mistakes may be made that could cause harm to others or to the equipment itself, leading to production accidents. The main component of alcohol is ethanol; when it enters the body, it affects the nervous system, which can lead to certain effects and result in drunkenness (also known as acute alcohol poisoning). Modern science shows that after drinking a glass of beer, the alcohol content in the blood is about 20 milligrams per 100 milliliters ； After drinking 150 grams of low-alcohol liquor or two bottles of beer, the alcohol content in the blood per 100 milliliters is about 80 milligrams, which means a state of drunkenness has been reached ； After consuming 250 grams of low-alcohol baijiu or 3 bottles of beer, the alcohol content in the blood can exceed 100 milligrams per 100 milliliters.
