To facilitate improved production management in the control room of the bottom-blown furnace, we plan to reorganize the responsibilities within that control room for lead smelting by assigning a main operator and an assistant operator. But how should these responsibilities be divided? I would appreciate it if colleagues could offer assistance; it would be better to have a predefined division of responsibilities. Thank you
Are the salaries for your control room staff high? The central control system merely carries out the instructions related to your production target parameters. A master controller and a slave controller are also required. We generally divide the responsibilities between internal and external tasks.
