I took a look at the standard \"NBT47002.1-2009 Explosive Welded Composite Plates for Pressure Vessels\"; it mentions composite plates made of 304+09MnNiDR. In actual production, is it feasible to use composite plates of 304+09MnNiDR? Are there any practical usage experiences? Without considering the case of 09MnNiDR surfacing on 304

The main methods for producing composite materials include the solid-liquid combination method, solid-phase bonding method, laminated hot rolling method, diffusion bonding method, cladding method, and cladding hot rolling method. The most common solid-state bonding methods are explosive welding and hot rolling. The development and application of explosive welding for stainless steel composite plates started a bit later both domestically and internationally. Rolling compounding is divided into hot rolling compounding and cold rolling compounding. This composite method offers high yield and high dimensional accuracy, and its processes and equipment are relatively mature; however, surface treatment and annealing strengthening are often required. So, from a production process perspective—no problem!
