If the superheater is not used for heating the boiler, how can steam quality be ensured? ? ? :)
The superheater needs to be flushed with steam before operation

The superheater system shall be backwashed regularly; boiler feed water shall be used for the flushing process. The drain valve of the lower water wall header shall be opened to discharge water, and samples shall be taken periodically until the water quality at the outlet meets the specified standards ； 2. Avoid steam containing water during operation: 1) Control the drum water level properly; it should not be too high ； 3) Regularly inspect the steam-water separation elements inside the drum, and eliminate any defects found promptly.
Install the flushing pipe; operation can commence only after the pipe passes the inspection. During operation, monitor water quality parameters, and during maintenance, ensure that debris is removed properly during welding and cutting tasks.
