I’ve been unhappy lately, really unhappy; it’s so annoying.
Drink some water, then take a breath, lie down flat, close your eyes, spread your arms out, stretch your legs, and count sheep...
A day can be happy, or it can be unhappy – either way, it’s still a day. There’s absolutely no reason to be unhappy.
Worry turns hair gray, while laughter keeps one young for ten years.
What they need is comfort and solace.
The method you teach falls under the category of sleep.

When I was in school, I could express my feelings freely; at least I could use a personal space or social media profiles to do that. Now that I’m working, I keep posting my emotions on social media, and I even think it’s pretentious of me to do so. Hai Chuan is still better; no one knows him, and even if you mention him, no one will understand.
