That’s probably the temperature of the return water ) The water is pumped to the plate heat exchanger and heated to 90 degrees, thereby heating other water (from 20 degrees to 50 degrees); the temperature of the returned water is around 60 degrees. It was previously calculated that the flow rate of water at 90 degrees required to heat the other water is 1.5 cubic meters per hour. In other words, the flow is heated using steam at 0.6 MPa, with a temperature of around 158 degrees; once the steam cools down, its temperature is considered to be 95 degrees (I’m not sure if 95 degrees is the correct value?) ) The heat transfer coefficient for the plate exchanger is 2400 (W/㎡·℃); based on this, the area of the plate exchanger calculated to be 1.5 ㎡. I’m not sure if this is correct
Why isn’t anyone giving any advice? Is it because my way of asking questions is incorrect?
The temperature is a bit high; a plate heat exchanger isn’t very suitable in this case
It seems that the inlet and outlet temperatures for heating the water are missing. If the temperature reaches 158 degrees, fluororubber gaskets will be necessary; however, for such a small plate, it’s not worth using them. The temperature should be controlled at 140 degrees
