Which expert has the HAZOP analysis records for the methanol tank area? Urgent need. You can send it directly to my email address xxd6655@163.com. Thank you so much! ! !
May I ask what this HAZOP analysis means, according to the original poster?
Hazard and operability analysis has now been put into practice. My park has already required that this must be done this year!
Well, is this quantitative or qualitative analysis?
It’s qualitative analysis! I’ve never done this before!
I can’t tell the difference between these evaluation methods – what’s the distinction between qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis? Could you analyze it for me? Are there any ways to understand qualitative and quantitative methods well?
I haven’t given these evaluations either; I don’t really understand them that well! I think the simplest way to understand it is that quantification involves calculations, usually to determine probabilities, risk indices, the extent of damage, and things like that. There are specific mathematical operations involved. Qualitative analysis doesn’t require calculations! Qualitative analysis generally involves written text. ;P I’m not sure if this is the right way to understand it
It’s likely hard to find anything ready-made; you can look around on forums for some references! Check out this link: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1341999&highlight=HAZOP!
There is more qualitative analysis. . . It is more commonly used for key equipment, automation, and continuous processes. . Select nodes, determine guiding words, conduct risk analysis, identify measures, and so on. . **It seems that retiring from the hazardous chemicals industry is becoming a thing these days. . In fact, most of it is still done very poorly.
