Eligibility requirements for the Level 1 Constructor qualification: (1) Those who abide by **laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions may apply to take the Level 1 Constructor professional qualification exam: 1. Hold an associate degree in engineering or engineering economics, with at least 6 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years should be spent in construction project management. 　　2. Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering economics, with 4 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years have been spent in construction project management. 　　3. Hold a dual bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering economics, or have completed a graduate program, with at least 3 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years should be spent in construction project management. 　　4. Hold a master’s degree in engineering or engineering economics, with at least 2 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year should be spent in construction project management. 　　5. Hold a doctoral degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have at least 1 year of experience in the management of construction projects.

A junior college degree in engineering or engineering economics is required, along with 6 years of work experience. It is not specified whether this 6-year period refers to the time elapsed since obtaining the degree; it is recommended to call the local construction authorities for clarification

It’s not possible; the duration is calculated starting from the date of obtaining the graduation certificate. During the on-site verification, your working experience is also determined by counting back from the date of graduation. It is recommended that you use a graduation certificate from 2006, and by presenting a lower educational qualification alongside a longer working experience, it will be easier for you to pass the verification. I know someone who took the exam in the first year after graduating with a master’s degree; when using their master’s diploma for verification, the required duration wasn’t met, but when using their bachelor’s diploma, the requirement was satisfied.
