Are there any good solutions for poor sealing of the inlet and outlet valves of the black water circulation pump?
There is a pneumatic isolation valve at the upstream inlet of the pump, and a manual isolation ball valve at the downstream outlet; together, these two valves allow the lockhopper circulation pump to be isolated.
I’m not sure what type of valve you are using; I recommend trying a zirconia ceramic ball valve. Zirconia has a very high hardness, which enables zero leakage.
Valves used in black water systems need to be able to withstand high-intensity erosion and corrosion. The design of these valves ensures that the valve seats and cores have sufficient hardness to resist erosion, while also enhancing their corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Commonly used valves in such applications include black water control valves, tungsten carbide wear-resistant ball valves, and ceramic ball valves. Coal chemical processing is complex and involves harsh operating conditions; there are not many valve manufacturers in China in this field. Imported technologies are often used, but they do not offer good cost-performance ratios. Adding valves with dual-valve control ensures no leaks
