Does anyone know of coking enterprises whose sulfur dioxide levels in the chimneys of their coke ovens reach 50 mg/m³? ?
We can do it – enhance communication and use dry desulfurization
Our Shoushan coking plant can also meet this standard of 50mg/m3
The coking plants here use wet flue gas desulfurization; the measurement values can reach 0, but white vapor comes out of the chimneys, containing water. There are also requirements regarding sulfur dioxide levels in the exhaust gases, and it’s not possible to remove sulfur dioxide even when producing high-sulfur coke
Ensure that the hydrogen sulfide level in the gas returned to the furnace remains at no more than 20 ppm, and that the sulfur dioxide content in the flue gas is within acceptable limits.
