Ebara water pump bearing replacement models

Hello everyone, I have a question. The Ebara water pumps used in our company have the bearing model numbers indicated on them; they are something like 213C, 212E, 214C, etc. The letters indicate the installation location: either on the motor side or on the pump side. Since the water pump has not been disassembled and the bearing markings inside the machine are not visible, it is not possible to determine the exact model; I would like to purchase some spare parts. I asked the manufacturer, but they were unwilling to provide a replacement bearing model. I would like to ask the experts here how to find a suitable replacement bearing model; if anyone with experience in this area could give some advice, it would be very helpful. Thank you

Does your pump not come with any factory-provided documentation? There should be a lot of data in there. It’s only reasonable that the manufacturer doesn’t tell you. Only the manufacturer should be aware of these special codes. Or wait for an expert in bearings to appear. I have seen many imported equipment and components; for the localization of seals, it is necessary to have a fitter disassemble and inspect them so that domestic manufacturers can create drawings based on those inspections. If you still can’t figure it out in the end, it is recommended to perform an inspection without disrupting production, so that the bearing model and seal model can be identified.
Bearings are standard components; it’s best to purchase them from the manufacturer, as the quality varies.
