Whose device is equipped with a liquefied gas vaporizer? Talk about what temperature control is used for.
We require 130 degrees, but sometimes when there isn’t enough steam, we operate at 115 degrees as a compromise. May I ask what temperature is required for gasification and liquefaction? What problems can occur when the temperature is low?
If there is excess dry gas, it’s better to use dry gas.
What is the purpose of your liquefied gas vaporizer? Generally, the vaporizers in such devices are used to ignite the auxiliary combustion chamber when the device starts operating
Our vaporizers originally served that purpose as well, but recently, due to insufficient pressure on the dry gas official website, natural gas is no longer allowed to be used. So we use gasified liquefied gas to supplement part of the fuel for our coking heaters.
The liquefied gas vaporizer in our unit is also used for starting up the operation; pressure is typically controlled by heating with steam coils, and once the bed temperature rises above 370°C, the fuel source is changed. Additionally, we have natural gas pipelines, and natural gas can be supplied to make up for any shortage of gas.
Where was this liquefied gas vaporizer designed? The maximum temperature in our factory is only 80°C; usually it’s around 60°C. You guys are really impressive – you’ve managed to reach that target temperature. If the temperature is low, it’s simply because there’s liquid present; just use a liquid separation tank before feeding the liquid into the equipment
Just find out the dry point of liquefied gas; a difference of 5 to 10 degrees is sufficient
I remember that when there was LPG backflow, there was a carburetor, with the temperature controlled at 65 degrees. It was 20 years ago.
The operating temperature is around 50 degrees, but I’ve also seen it operated at 130 degrees
Generally, 80 degrees I guess. At low temperatures, the vaporization effect is poor, resulting in a waste of liquefied gas.
