Are safety assessors considered technicians?~~
A safety assessment specialist is a profession that requires passing an exam to obtain professional qualifications. A Technician is a skilled engineer – a person who possesses the relevant technical knowledge and has mastered or is expert in a certain type of skill or technique. Technicians are different from ordinary engineers; they belong to a category of vocational qualifications. Engineers are a professional title. Compared to engineers, they have a better understanding of the practical problems encountered in the technical field, as well as the skills to solve such problems. Safety assessors are not considered technicians.
