The Yokogawa vortex flow meter shows a reading of around 5% when there is no flow; how can this be eliminated, given that the pipeline hardly experiences any vibration? Which senior brother can give some advice?
Perform resection with a small flow. This function should be available in the menu of the DY series.
The flow meter has large errors at low signal levels; therefore, there is a parameter for low-signal rejection, and setting a rejection level of 5% is sufficient.
A 5% cut is too large for the process; the process team does not agree to it. It’s best to perform a migration at zero point or reset it to zero

The most direct approach is small-signal rejection; in addition, there should be signal-processing-related parameters that can be set, such as filtering.
Is it possible that your lower measurement limit is set too low, in other words, the sensitivity of the sensor is set too high? When the sensitivity is high, vibrations that cannot be detected by the sensor are often mistaken for flow signals. In essence, this is due to a poor ability to resist vibrations, resulting in an unstable zero point.
