Does a naphthalene storage area need ventilation?

It is a small bagged naphthalene storage facility with an area of 130 m2. I would like to ask experts: is it necessary to install mechanical ventilation in this facility? Note: There are windows on both sides of the warehouse; will natural ventilation be sufficient?
Pure naphthalene will sublimate, and high ventilation will accelerate this process.
Some security experts suggest that naphthalene storage areas must be equipped with ventilation systems to prevent the accumulation of sublimated naphthalene. I would like to confirm whether natural ventilation with windows on both sides meets the regulations
From a safety perspective, ventilation is necessary, but from an environmental protection standpoint it increases air pollution. Given that refined naphthalene sublimes easily at room temperature, could reducing the room temperature while ensuring ventilation be considered?
Storage precautions: Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from flames and heat sources. The storage temperature should not exceed 32°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The package is sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidizers; mixed storage is strictly prohibited. Equip with appropriate types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate materials to contain leaks.
