Some devices are installed on the furnace-drying flue gas line after the waste heat boiler, while others are not. How exactly did the design team consider this? Based on my own experience, I would like to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of establishing or abolishing this line.

Advantages: 1. If the sulfur in the reactor is not completely removed, the reactor is prone to overheating when operations resume, which affects the lifespan of the catalyst; in such cases, a small amount of flue gas from the drying process can be routed through the drying pipeline to the chimney. 2. When the system becomes blocked (e.g., the process gas heat exchanger or the cooling tubes 1, 2, and 3 become blocked), operations can be halted by routing the gas through the drying pipeline. Disadvantages: The butterfly valve in the drying pipeline does not close properly, allowing a small amount of flue gas to leak into this pipeline, thereby causing corrosion
This can be solved. A valve is installed at the end of the furnace flue gas line, along with a small nitrogen line; under normal conditions, the valves at both ends are closed while nitrogen is used to create pressure.
