Grind the flange sealing surface and replace it with a new gasket

The actual pressure is around 150 to 160, and the temperature is certainly two to three hundred degrees. The medium is residue oil; it’s at the vertical flanges at the top of the reactor, and it’s very difficult to tighten those flanges properly
