In my view, all measuring instruments are measurement devices, and all display instruments are monitoring devices; both categories fall under the scope of instrument management. The \"Instrument and Meter Management System\" can be more comprehensive, including control systems as well; therefore, it can essentially cover the functions of the \"Monitoring and Measurement Equipment Management System\", with just a different name. I’m not sure if it’s right?
The former mainly involves the classification, maintenance, and calibration of instruments； The latter stage refers to plant-wide monitoring and measurement of the system’s objectives, product quality, as well as safety and the environment. The elements within ISO are inherently interconnected.
