“An excessively high slurry concentration increases its viscosity, making it difficult to pump; it also tends to cause stratification or sedimentation, which prevents the system from operating stably. ” Whether stratification and sedimentation can occur under conditions of high concentration, with the agitators functioning properly and the furnace operating at a continuous load, has an impact on the stable operation of the system. What is the highest slurry concentration at which operation can remain stable? :)
Explain your question: the viscosity of coal slurry varies in different regions depending on the quality of the coal used. A high concentration of coal slurry does not necessarily imply low stability. There is also no inherent connection between viscosity and stability; what truly determines the stability of coal slurry is the performance of high-quality coal water slurry additives.
