There is no output issue with the vortex flow meter

The Yokogawa DY080 vortex flow meter is used for chilled water flow. Currently, both the on-site gauge and the DCS show a flow rate of zero; the current value read using the handheld controller is also zero. Yet the water keeps flowing continuously. Could there be a problem with the sensor of the flow meter, preventing it from measuring the flow rate?
1 Is the data volume relatively small, and was low-volume throttling also applied? 2 Try replacing the circuit board; if that doesn’t work, it’s a problem with the sensor.
It could be a damaged sensor, a damaged circuit board, or a broken wire; it can only be determined after inspection.
View the transmitter configuration, including parameters such as pipe diameter and low-flow cut-off ! ……Let’s investigate slowly; it’s not yet time to determine whether the sensor is good or not
