In the petrochemical industry, the medium temperature reaches 427 degrees. The supplier told us that the high-temperature silicone oil used in diaphragm gauges can handle a maximum temperature of 400 degrees only. Could anyone please suggest some solutions? Thank you all!

Can’t the regular approach be used? The manufacturer provides radiators; a condensation elbow must be added separately
For diaphragm valves with flange connections, can a condenser tube be added below the flange as well?

Using a diaphragm type is not appropriate; a regular pressure gauge is sufficient for steam
The pressure tap is connected via a flange; a condensation tank is placed behind it, and a pressure conduit is used to connect this tank to the gauge.
A flange cover is placed on the flange; a hole is drilled in this cover, and pressure transfer pipes are welded to it. A condensation loop long enough is created, with one end connected to the transmitter. For steam media, a diaphragm is not necessary – ordinary threaded connections will suffice
