Regarding the heating of the reaction vessel

Currently, steam from a steam boiler is used to heat the water in the reaction tank; the heating time is approximately 10 minutes. Due to environmental concerns, I would like to find an alternative method of heating. Could anyone suggest a solution that offers fast heating, is environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient? The volume of the reaction tank is around 7 cubic meters, and the desired heating temperature is 100 degrees.
An internal coil or an external coil can be used, and a jacketed body can also be employed for heating.
I didn’t understand what you meant. After heating the material with steam, it turns into condensed water, so there are no environmental issues.
Sister GN, I think when using a reactor to evaporate and crystallize materials, such materials are generally highly viscous and prone to crystallization and scaling, making them unsuitable for use with internal coil tubes.
