After installing new bearings in the shielded pump, why does the vibration gauge still show some movement during testing? Flow pressure is normal
Is the swing large? Is the maximum swing position beyond the limit? Does the outlet pressure fluctuate?
The reading in the blue zone fluctuated slightly, but not greatly. The electrician connected the wires incorrectly, and this caused significant vibration when starting up; the pointer went all the way to the red zone. After the electrician reversed the wiring, the vibration stopped, though the pointer still fluctuated a bit. Is this related to the incorrect wiring?

It’s reversed; it’s possible that the bearing lacks liquid lubrication and is experiencing dry friction, causing the clearance to increase. Although it doesn’t affect inspection and isn’t suitable for long-term operation, take it apart for inspection.
Short-term toggle operations pose no major problems, but if it lasts for a long time, it becomes problematic. It depends on the duration of such toggling; generally, markings are made during the disassembly and inspection of pumps. If you forget, use a phase sequence tester to check before reconnecting – toggle operations are merely a rough method
