Why do I find that I’m getting shorter during physical examinations?

During three consecutive physical examinations, it was found that my height was getting shorter. . This makes me, who am already not tall, feel even more sad. .
It indicates that you’re not sleeping well, or that the hospital where the physical examination is conducted is getting farther and farther from where you live.
Huh? Why, what does that have to do with height? .
Maintain the correct sleeping position; the human body is the longest. After getting up, gravity exerts pressure on you; your spine, bones, joint connections, and so on are all under pressure, causing the distances between them to become slightly shorter. If you don’t believe it, you can measure your height against a wall at home in the morning, and then measure it again when you get home from work in the evening. Actually, I want to tell you secretly that gaining weight can also make you shorter. ;P
