What should be the number of fire extinguishers and indoor fire hydrants installed in the operation rooms of the plant area? What should be the installation height of indoor fire hydrants? How many types of equipment ladders are there in the chemical plant area? What types of devices are they used for? Can the venting from the plant area be combined? Is it necessary to drill a hole below the elbow of the safety valve drain pipe? How large should the holes be? Why? Why do personnel conducting inspections in the chemical plant area need to wear portable toxic gas detectors? What is the allowable range for the concentration of toxic gases in the plant area?

We also have the issue of an excessively large angle for the inclined ladder, but this is indeed due to space constraints in the installation, and it’s quite difficult to make improvements in this regard. But in reality, it’s due to the laziness of the designers, and the owners don’t pay much attention to this. Take the overly steep slope in our installation for example; I’ve been thinking that adding a platform with a sharp curve in the middle would solve the problem (the original height difference between the platforms was over 7 meters).
