Problems encountered in acid removal

Will such a low liquid level affect the precipitation and separation of acid? What impact does having acids that have not been properly separated participate in the reaction again have on the product? Please give me some advice.
Since I don’t know the volume of your acid sedimentators, it’s impossible for me to determine it. The volume of the sedimentators in my former company was 49.35 m³, with the control level ranging from 25% to 30%. If the level of the acid precipitator is too low, hydrocarbons and oils can easily enter the acid-hydrocarbon separation tank along with the waste acid, resulting in excessive waste and oil leakage as well as hydrocarbon release. If the acid hydrocarbon level is too high, it increases the likelihood of physical and chemical acid leakage. I hope this can help you!
