In my opinion, there is no point in striving for the longest operating time; patent holders can use this as a marketing tool, but for manufacturing units, prolonged operation certainly leads to wear and tear of the burners, a decline in atomization efficiency, and thus increased consumption. If the furnace is regularly turned over in a planned manner based on its operating conditions, consumption can be controlled, and risks can also be effectively managed.
The four-nozzle type has the longest operating time; the longest operation record for Jiangsu Linggu is over 500 days
