There is a atmospheric pressure storage tank (60 cubic meters) that was damaged on its straight edges during the spinning process of its head; cracks appeared after it was in use for half a year. Personal opinion: If tanks are to be purchased from a certain pressure vessel manufacturer, it is necessary to send a letter immediately requesting that the company assign qualified welders to carry out repairs in accordance with the relevant repair procedures, and to conduct Rt testing as well. It’s really unclear what other methods exist to eliminate safety hazards without using welding for repairs.

I fixed it with A/B glue; it’s not leaking for now, but it’s not a permanent solution. I’ve now bought metal sealant imported from Germany to fix it again.
