We basically use hot water for heating; The reasons are as follows: 1) The temperature of the hot water will not be too high; both the chlorine gas pipelines and the buffer tanks can withstand the maximum temperature at which hot water can keep the chlorine gas’s saturated vapor pressure under control ; 2) The temperature of the hot water is very stable, which allows for good control over the amount of chlorine vaporized. With an electric heating blanket, there are three issues: 1) Are there any Class A or B solvents nearby? Is it necessary to consider the explosion-proof requirements of the electric heating blanket? 2) Could the local temperature of the electric blanket become too high, and is it necessary to increase the pressure rating of the pipes and equipment? 3) Is the temperature of the electric blanket maintained evenly?
