Is there any member of this forum who is involved in work related to pusher centrifuges? I would like to consult regarding the feed particle size and concentration ratio for pusher centrifuges. Thank you all.

Gap parameter. (The number of cycles may not be adjustable; it could be Zhejiang Light Machinery’s P60.) Particle size/solid-liquid ratio of the material. Whether to use a cyclone, and the yield and moisture content after material separation. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible to facilitate analysis.

It’s indeed a good idea that can broaden the application of piston centrifuges.
Now, the piston has been replaced by sedimentation filtration. . . . . . . Once organic matter is present in the piston, it can clog the filters; sedimentation filtration is used for professional treatment of the salts that come from the evaporator
