How to handle acid leakage?

Leak: Quickly evacuate people from the contaminated area to a safe zone, isolate it, and strictly restrict access. It is recommended that emergency responders wear self-contained positive-pressure breathing apparatus and acid-alkali resistant protective clothing. Enter the site from the upwind side. Seal the source of leakage as much as possible to prevent it from entering confined spaces such as sewers and drainage ditches. Minor leak: Sprinkle soda ash on the ground, then rinse with plenty of water; the diluted washwater can be discharged into the wastewater system. Large-scale leakage: Build dikes or dig pits to contain it; use spray water to cool and dilute the vapors, protect personnel on site, and turn the leaked material into a non-flammable substance. Transfer to a tank truck or specialized collector using a pump, and recycle it or transport it to a waste disposal facility for disposal.

If it’s 1% hypochlorous acid, just rinse it with water.
