What are the main measures to take when there is a leak inside the chlorine liquefier (mixing of chlorine with Freon)?
I don’t think there’s any good solution; the only option is to shut down the liquefier, isolate and remove the liquid chlorine and Freon, and replace the equipment. Strictly speaking, liquefiers are special equipment and welding repairs are not allowed. However, setting aside the relevant regulations, it is also possible to use it by locating the tube in the liquefier that is leaking and sealing both ends of that tube.
It depends on whether it’s detected early or late; if detected early, only the liquefier needs to be dealt with, while if detected late, the entire machine has to be repaired
