Why a short stop? Air separation needs to address the defects; it will take about 2 hours to replace the gasification burner. The specifics can be discussed in person; it seems that even after hearing about it, it’s quite difficult, especially regarding primary refrigerant hydrocarbons
Yes. Backwashing of the heat exchanger at the pressurization end of the expander, and backwashing of the cooler in the expander’s light oil station.
This type of short shutdown requires at least four to five hours; the liquid oxygen pump does not need to be stopped. By monitoring the plate temperature difference, it’s sufficient to shut down the expander, and the throttle valves should be adjusted to a lower setting
