Selection of 60 m3/h hydrogen production equipment

I need help. My company wants to purchase a set of self-made hydrogen production equipment with a capacity of 60 m3/h; a gas purity of over 99% is sufficient. Which method would be the best to use – hydrocracking, ammoxidation, or something else? If there are any reputable manufacturers, please recommend them. Thank you!
Hello, I’ve also done some research on this; however, the cost of producing hydrogen through water electrolysis is very high, and it requires a lot of electricity
